Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data and account associated with NuzhatLabs websites, services and applications. (Required for Google Play and Apple App Store submissions.)
1. Your Right to Deletion
You may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, including any account you created within our apps or services, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, data we must retain to comply with the law).
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, choose one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a request to privacy@nuzhatlabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- In-app: Where available, use the "Delete my account" option in the app's account or settings screen.
To help us verify and process your request, please include:
- The name of the app or service you used.
- The email address or account identifier associated with your data.
- A brief description of the data you want deleted (or "all data").
3. What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request, typically within 5 business days.
- We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
- We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.
4. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain certain information where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or legitimate business purposes. Any retained data will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Data
If you signed in via a third-party provider (e.g. Google or Apple), you may also manage or revoke access from that provider's account settings.
