Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which NuzhatLabs provides refunds for its services and applications.
1. Agency Services
Agency engagements (web, software, mobile, design and SEO) are delivered against a written proposal with defined milestones. Because work begins immediately and is custom in nature:
- Deposits and milestone payments for completed work are non-refundable.
- If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused, pre-paid balance for not-yet-started work may be refunded at our discretion.
- Specific refund terms in your signed agreement take precedence over this page.
2. Apps & Digital Products
Purchases, subscriptions or in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases should generally be directed to the store:
- Apple App Store: request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request refunds via the Google Play Store / Google Play order history.
For purchases made directly through us, contact us within the period specified at the time of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a direct purchase or service, email hello@nuzhatlabs.com with your order/invoice details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for services already rendered, for change-of-mind after delivery, or where prohibited by law or the applicable store's terms.
